Pre-launch status

Cuan is not currently accepting orders. This privacy notice describes the limited ways information may be handled while the pre-launch website is available. It will be reviewed and expanded before trading begins.

Information you provide

We may receive information that you choose to submit, such as your email address when joining the mailing list or your name, email address and message when contacting us. Please do not send payment, identity or other sensitive information through a contact form.

Website and cookie information

Shopify hosts this storefront and may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, cookie preferences and interactions with the site. The UK cookie banner provides controls for non-essential analytics, advertising and personalisation technologies. Those non-essential purposes are not enabled unless consent is given through the banner.

How information may be used

Information may be used to operate and secure the pre-launch website, respond to enquiries, record cookie choices and send marketing email where a person has actively opted in. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time using an unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Service providers

Shopify provides the ecommerce and website platform. Information may also be handled by services that are actually enabled in Shopify Admin and are necessary to provide requested functionality. This notice does not claim the use of advertising or analytics services that have not been verified.

Your requests

You may ask about access to, correction of or deletion of personal information by emailing CuanTradingLimited@proton.me. Requests will be considered under applicable UK data-protection law.

Information required before trading

Before orders are accepted, this notice must be updated with the confirmed legal identity and postal address of the data controller, lawful bases, retention periods, verified recipients, international transfer information, order and payment processing details, and any additional rights or complaint routes that apply.
