Pre-launch website

This website presents Cuan as a brand in development. Cuan is not currently accepting orders, taking payments or entering into sales contracts through this store.

Product information

Products, prices, descriptions, availability and imagery shown before launch are provisional. Product imagery may be a design concept rather than verified sample photography. Fibre composition, manufacturing details, certifications, fit, performance, care instructions, fulfilment and delivery information will be confirmed only after supplier documentation and physical sample testing.

Website use

You may use the website for lawful personal browsing and to contact Cuan or voluntarily join the mailing list. You must not interfere with the security or operation of the website, submit unlawful material or attempt unauthorised access.

Third-party services

The website is hosted by Shopify and may link to third-party services. A link does not by itself confirm that Cuan uses, endorses or has verified every service described on an external page.

Before trading begins

These terms must be replaced or expanded before orders open. The trading version must include the confirmed legal business identity and address, contract formation, pricing and payment rules, product availability, fulfilment, cancellation and return rights, liability provisions, intellectual-property terms and applicable governing law.
