Cuan is not currently accepting orders. This policy is provided for pre-launch information only and will be reviewed before trading begins.

Orders, returns and refunds

No purchase, payment, return, exchange or refund can currently be processed.

Policy to be confirmed before launch

Before accepting orders, Cuan will publish verified terms covering return eligibility, the return window, hygiene requirements for swimwear, the return address, return shipping costs, exchanges, faulty goods and refund processing. Those terms will not limit customers’ statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
